Welcome to Crispy Cards. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Australian Consumer Law & Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please choose your items carefully.

  • No General Refunds: Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (such as where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described), we do not offer refunds, store credits, or replacements.

  • Change of Mind & Order Cancellations: If you request an order cancellation or return due to a change of mind before shipment—and we agree to accommodate the request at our absolute discretion—the transaction will incur a 5% handling and restocking fee. This fee covers non-refundable merchant transaction costs and administrative labor.

3. Pre-Orders & Manufacturer Allocations

Pre-ordering ensures you are placed in our queue for highly anticipated releases. However, the trading card industry frequently experiences supply chain issues.

  • Subject to Allocation: All pre-orders are strictly subject to manufacturer and distributor allocations. If our incoming stock is cut or delayed by the supplier, we will fulfill orders chronologically based on when payment was received.

  • Fulfillment Commitment: We do our absolute best to secure enough stock to meet every single order. In the rare event that we are hit with a severe allocation shortfall and cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will be contacted immediately and issued a full refund for the unfulfilled portion of your order.

  • Cancellation of Pre-Orders: Pre-orders lock in specific stock allocations for you. Any customer-requested cancellations of a pre-order prior to release will be treated as a Change of Mind and will incur the 5% handling fee detailed in Section 2.

4. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to amend pricing, correct typographical errors, or update product details at any time without prior notice. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Crispy Cards ships Australia-wide and to approved international destinations.

  • Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. While we pack all orders with extreme care to ensure they stay "crispy," we recommend selecting tracked or insured shipping at checkout for peace of mind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or purchases made from Crispy Cards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
