Crispy Cards uses Australia Post for all parcels up to 20kg cubic weight. For all orders above this weght, Star Track or TNT will be used.Shipping rates are as follows and please be aware that all items are shipped in boxes that are then placed in Parcel Post Satchels. If they do not fit, the rule notes below the pricing apply;
Registered Parcel Post Satchel (up to 500g) 0 kg – 0.45 kg - $9.55
Registered Parcel Post Satchel (up to 1kg) 0.451 kg – 0.95 kg - $11.55
Registered Parcel Post Satchel (up to 3kg) 0.951 kg – 2.9 kg - $15.55
Registered Parcel Post Satchel (up to 5kg) 2.901 kg – 4.9 kg - $18.65
* Please note that 50-100 grams is used up for the protective box and padding in orders so rates will move to the next tier if you pass the kg amounts listed above.
** Anything over 5kg in weight, please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.
*** Please note that the kg rates above count only if your order fits in any of the Registered Parcel Post Satchel sizes. As some items are larger but weigh less, you may be required to pay additional shipping costs if it does not fit a box and go into one of the satchel sizes we have listed. In such cases, we will pack, weight and provide an additional shipping quote to you for the additional costs in shipping.
Once orders leave the Crispy Cards store and are in the hands of the Postal/Courier Service, it is no longer the responsibility of Crispy Cards. Any loss or damage sustained during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and we urge our customers to contact us if they desire extra insurance.
While Crispy Cards shares no responsibility on any damages caused during transit, we will do our best to help our customers where we are able to ensure we provide the best quality service throughout your online shopping needs.
